Becoming a QLD rehabilitation and return to work coordinator if you trained in VIC or NSW
You may be eligible to register as a rehabilitation and return
to work coordinator in Queensland if you have qualified as a return
to work coordinator in New South Wales or Victoria.
To register, you will need to successfully complete the
Queensland module-either by yourself or by attending a face-to-face
course with a training provider in New South Wales or Victoria.
If you complete the course by yourself - you
will need to work through the participant handbook and activities book. Once complete, please send us
the activities book, Form 24 Queensland module for RTW coordinators in
NSW and VIC application for registration, and evidence you are
qualified as a return to work coordinator in New South Wales or
Victoria (such as a certificate or letter).
You can send by email rehab@qcomp.com.au, fax
07 3020 6432 or post Q-COMP, PO Box 10119 Brisbane,
Adelaide Street, QLD, 4000.
Your application will be assessed and you will be notified of
the outcome. You will receive a letter of registration if you are
successful.
If you complete the course with an approved training
provider - contact a training provider from the list
below. You will be required to complete a workbook, and provide
evidence of your NSW or Victorian return to work qualification to
the provider. They will forward the results to Q-COMP and we will
send you a letter of registration if you are successful.
