Services

Q-COMP provides a range of services designed to educate, inform and promote workplace rehabilitation as well as help injured workers return to work. We provide data on scheme trends and statistics and also give workers, claimants and employers the opportunity to apply for a review of an insurer claim decision or appeal a Q-COMP review decision.

  • Review & appeals

    Workers or employers who are unhappy with their insurer's decision can apply for a review of their case by Q-COMP.  The Q-COMP decision can also be appealed against.

  • Return to work assist

    Return to work assist is a free Q-COMP initiative that helps injured workers whose workers' compensation claim has closed and who are unable to return to their former employer. Return to work assists links people with career advice, training, job placement services and support to assist in achieving their career goals.

    Run by Q-COMP's Tribunal Secretariat, they involve an independent panel of doctors who make decisions about your work-related injury
