Workplace rehabilitation - what should workers do?

A worker must satisfactorily participate in rehabilitation:

• as soon as they can after the injury is sustained
• for the period for which the worker is entitled to compensation.

This generally includes attending and participating in appropriate treatment programs as well as graduated return to work programs.
