A conversation could change a life – R U OK?

Most people don't openly share their feelings, particularly when they are struggling. The best thing you can do is regularly ask the people you care about 'Are you ok?' regardless of whether they are at risk or not.

R U OK? is an organisation committed to the prevention of suicide. They recently held the R U OK? Arvo on Friday 27 November, an event dedicated to reducing stress and depression in the workplace by encouraging work mates to connect and support each other.

Check out R U OK?'s website for some great resources to help employees feel good about themselves and connect and support each other, as well as tips on how to have positive conversations in the workplace.
