Solutions for workers' compensation and rehabilitation
In a first, Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland (CCIQ) will work together with Q-COMP and WorkCover Queensland to host a series of rehabilitation and return to work seminars across Queensland.
Changes in legislation will see more injured workers assisted back into the workforce
Recent changes to the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 see referrals to Q-COMP’s Return to work assist (RTWA) program become mandatory for all insurers that close a claim when the injured worker is unemployed.
