A primary focus for Q-COMP is to facilitate stakeholders' and service providers' involvement in supporting and progressing the
Queensland Workers' Compensation Scheme. A number of forums provide stakeholders with an opportunity to express their views and
also gain a better understanding of other stakeholder groups in the scheme. Q-COMP provides information sessions and forums
about Queensland's workers' compensation scheme, workplace rehabilitation and return to work for a number of stakeholder groups,
including:
- Workers - injured and non-injured workers and unions
- Employers - small and large employers, employers in high-risk, employer associations, and rehabilitation and return to work
coordinators (RRTWCs)
- Insurers - WorkCover and self-insurers
- Medical - specialists/consultants, Medical Assessment Tribunal (MAT) doctors, general practitioners (GPs),
international medical graduates (IMGs), registrars, residents, interns, medical students, practice staff,
