Being represented at your medical assessment tribunal
You may decide to be represented for your medical assessment tribunal, such as by a legal or union representative.
Your representative can:
- have a copy of your referral paperwork (we will need an authorisation form from you prior)
- go to your medical assessment tribunal with you
- provide your doctors with more information verbally at the medical assessment tribunal
- be sent the medical assessment tribunal decision.
If you decide to have a representative you should be aware that you will need to cover the costs.
