The Tribunal Secretariat endeavour to do all we can to ensure that Tribunals run smoothly and on time - however we appreciate that over time cases presented to the Tribunal have become more complex and with that, some tribunal appointments do take longer.
We are currently reviewing the criteria for allocation of appointments and would appreciate any input you can provide.
In the meantime we will be encouraging workers attending tribunals to ensure that they arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their appointed time. Members can also assist by ensuring that they arrive ready to start tribunals at the appointed times.
