In order to help us continually improve service delivery, Q-COMP will soon provide Claimants attending the Tribunal an opportunity to complete an anonymous survey on their MAT experience.
Claimants have the choice to complete the survey onsite after their Tribunal appointment or electronically. The Survey will ask Claimants for feedback on the Tribunal process as well as their experiences on the day of their Tribunal.
Results will be collated and distributed as soon as an adequate uptake of participants is received.
