Doctors' indemnity

Further to our last issue, Q-COMP has now confirmed that medical assessment tribunal doctors will be indemnified through the Queensland Government Insurance Fund for all civil liability (including negligence) incurred in the conduct of their duties as tribunal members.

This indemnity does not extend to criminal liability.
