Welcome

Welcome to the new and user-friendly format of the eighth issue of the Medical Assessment Tribunal Quarterly Report.

In our new look report, you'll continue to find all the updates and news to keep you informed in your role as a tribunal member.

I would like to congratulate you all on the recent results of our injured worker survey. During May, workers were surveyed immediately after their tribunal appointment.

Overall 90% of respondents rated their experience with the tribunal doctors as either 'very good' or 'good'. This is an excellent result and I thank you for continuing to deliver excellent service to injured workers attending tribunals.

I'm looking forward to seeing you at our upcoming doctor information sessions in August. Be sure to mark the dates in your diaries and let us know which session you're attending.

Please send through any feedback on our new look report, plus ideas on what you would like to see in your quarterly report.

Talk to you soon.

Elizabeth Woods
Chief Executive Officer
