Welcome

Welcome to our tenth issue of the Medical Assessment Tribunal Quarterly Report, an e-newsletter providing you with the latest updates and news to keep you informed in your role as a tribunal member.

The tribunal members training video is now available online. Check it out at comprehend.com.au. You can also request a DVD of the training by emailing Jason.Standen@qcomp.com.au.

I'm pleased to report over a thousand of our stakeholders attended our first Work Safe and Return to work expo.

The day was a great success and was followed by an outstanding awards ceremony highlighting great ideas, innovation, leadership and commitment getting Queensland's injured workers back to a safe workplace.

If you weren't able to make it on the day, you can check out the virtual expo and enjoy the expo experience right from your desktop!

Have a safe and enjoyable Christmas and I look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
