Our Orthopaedic and Neurology members will undertake training and receive their iPad\s through October.
The technology has been built so that our members receive the reference material electronically over a secure network that is specific to Q-COMP's needs. This network is not only more efficient for Tribunal members, it is also beneficial to our administrative processes.
The program is easy to use and is based on a diary, and members can access their documents by simply clicking on the date when the tribunal is scheduled. Additional documents received once the electronic files are sent to each member are updated regularly and a message is sent to the member to inform them of the relevant updates.
This is an exciting time for the MATs as this program is the first of its kind for Q-COMP and involves several of our record keeping databases merging so that we can send the electronic referral. We anticipate that the roll out to the rest of our Tribunals will occur within the next year.
