MAT’s moving forward with the trial of iPads

With an increasing number of insurers lodging referrals electronically, we have been exploring and trailing new options for managing these referrals.

A group of tribunal members have voluntarily been participating in a trial of iPads and feedback we have received so far has been very encouraging.

The iPads are compact and lightweight making them portable and convenient. The trial is proving that iPads are giving members the flexibility to easily review the documents whenever and wherever time permits. They have also reported that the iPads are relatively easy to use and have the functional capacity to allow them to bookmark important pages and add comments to the files.

Stay tuned for further updates however if you have any questions or would further information in the meantime, please contact Steve Murray on 3020 6437.
