In May, Q-COMP will be hosting Ms Belinda Cassidy, Principal Claims Assessor, Claims Assessment & Resolution Service, from the Motor Accidents Authority of New South Wales to talk to MAT doctors about better decision writing.
Dr Leigh Atkinson, Chair Neurology/Neurosurgical Assessment Tribunal recently attended Ms Cassidy's presentation and said that he had found it to be very interesting and informative and he highly recommends it to his colleagues on the Medical Assessment Tribunals.
Q-COMP is pleased to advise that we have been able to secure Ms Cassidy's services for a lunchtime presentation at Q-COMP on Tuesday 17 May 2011.
The session which will run from 12:00 noon to 1:30pm is free to Tribunal Members. A light lunch will also be provided.
Q-COMP strongly encourages Chairpersons and Deputies to make the most of this opportunity as we are sure that it will assist them to prepare quality reasons for decision. The invitation is also open to other tribunal members.
