Queensland Government materials, including pages, documents and on-line graphics, audio and video, are protected by copyright law. Copyright entitles the owner to the exclusive right to copy and reproduce the materials. Copyright of Queensland Government materials resides with the State of Queensland. Except for purposes permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, for example, a fair dealing for the purpose of research or study or criticism or review, any fair dealing for the purposes of private study, research, criticism or review, as permitted under copyright legislation, no part may be reproduced, reused, transmitted or distributed for any commercial purposes whatsoever without written permission.
