Philip injured his right shoulder while working as a process worker. He underwent surgery and was left with a lifting restriction. He was referred to Return to work assist on 19 October 2011 as he was no longer employed when his workers' compensation claim was closed.

Following receipt of submissions on 2 March 2012, Q-COMP has undertaken a review of allied health fees. This will relate to fees for Chiropractic, Nursing, Osteopathic, Podiatry, Rehabilitation Support and Speech Pathology.
