e-business update

E-files - the first steps to a greener organisation

We have introduced e-files to minimise the use of paper in the Review Unit.

E-files have replaced paper copy versions of insurers' files or files that come to us on disc and will help Review Officers effectively manage files electronically.

E-files feature all of the benefits a paper copy file would have including post-it notes, highlighting and document sorting plus extra tools such as bookmarking and word finds.

The Review Unit is the first team to make this transition and we will continue to introduce e-files to our other units in line with our greener organisation focus.
