Welcome

Welcome to the new and user-friendly format of the eighth issue of Q-COMP Insurer Report.

In our new look report, you'll continue to find all the latest industry news and essential updates about the Queensland workers' compensation scheme.

I would like to thank you for your support for the first Return to work awards 2009. We're continuing to receive your entries and it's been great to hear about your wins and successes in helping Queensland's injured workers.

Don't forget you can nominate multiple workplaces in the employer category, plus any number of rehabilitation and return to work coordinators and injured workers you feel deserve to be recognised.

Plus make sure you also mark the 27 October 2009 in your diaries for Queensland's first Work Safe and Return to work expo.

I'm really looking forward to your feedback on our new look report, plus your thoughts on any of our stories - you can post your comments live on the website.

Talk to you soon.
