Queensland’s leaders in workers’ compensation

Congratulations to all winners and finalists in Queensland's first Return to work awards.

On 27 October 2009, we celebrated the top efforts of employers, rehabilitation and return to work coordinators and injured workers with the state's first program recognising exceptional practice in return to work.

Winners were congratulated by the Honourable Cameron Dick MP Attorney-General and Minister for Industrial Relations.

Our first ever awards program was a tremendous success. Being selected from over 500 nominations, our 41 winners and finalists achieved fantastic results and were recognised by local and metropolitan media in Mackay, Townsville, Mount Isa, Beaudesert and Brisbane.

We congratulate the eight winners and 33 finalists and thank all employers, rehabilitation and return to work coordinators and injured workers from across Queensland who entered the awards.

If you didn't get to catch the winning ideas of our winners and finalists at the 2009 Work Safe and Return to work expo, you can check out their online videos at loveyourworkexpo.com.au.
