New permanent impairment e-learning course for doctors

Assessing an injured workers' permanent impairment is often quite complex and difficult to understand. To help understand this tricky subject we've released a new e-learning course at comprehend.com.au.

The Assessment of permanent impairment course provides basic information to help doctors understand permanent impairment assessment and its role in the Queensland workers' compensation scheme.

It's a free course primarily designed for medical practitioners unfamiliar with permanent impairment but it's also a good introductory course for insurer case managers who would like to further develop their knowledge.

The course covers:

  • requirements for assessing permanent impairment in Queensland
  • basic concepts fundamental to assessment
  • the table of injuries and the Queensland workers' compensation legislation
  • writing a permanent impairment report
  • relevant case studies.

Access the course now at comprehend.com.au or if you have any questions call us on 1300 789 881.
