2009 Work Safe and Return to work expo update

Queensland's first Work Safe and Return to work expo was a great success, thanks to you-our valued stakeholders.

It was an information-packed day where attendees found out about bright ideas in the industry, made connections and built networks and were inspired by the winning work of the Work Safe and Return to work awards winners and finalists.

There were 11 exhibitors representing key bodies in the workers' compensation and workplace health and safety industries plus interactive presentations by industry experts. And, of course, there were great opportunities for networking with peers and colleagues.

More than 1,000 of you joined us at the expo and we'd love to learn what you enjoyed or what you thought could be improved for next time. Tell us what you think by answering our short online survey.

The expo goes virtual!

The live event may be over, but the expo experience never stops. You can now take a virtual journey through the world of workers' compensation right from your desktop.

If you didn't get to the expo in October then experience it online at loveyourworkexpo.com.au

Return to work awards

Held on the evening of the expo, Queensland's first Return to work awards gave us the chance to recognise and celebrate the great ideas, innovation, leadership and commitment getting Queensland's injured workers back to a safe workplace. You can see the work of the winners and all finalists the on the virtual expo at loveyourworkexpo.com.au

We look forward to seeing you at the expo next year!
