It's been almost a year since we last sent you our annual insurer survey. Keep an eye out from your Insurer Advisor with the details of this year's survey.

We've received great feedback about our new look report and value your thoughts on our stories - please continue to post your comments live on the website.

You would have noticed how we've changed the way we do business over the last year or so. I'm proud to announce our focus on being an open, innovative and customer-focused organisation was recently recognised as a state winner in the Australian Marketing Institute Awards. You can read more about our win on our website.

Hope to see you at the Work Safe and Return to work expo.
