Regional network program

With hundreds of thousands of Queenslanders living outside the South East corner, one of Q-COMP's major priorities is finding effective and innovative ways to support our regional stakeholders.

We took the first step in 2011 when we introduced the Regional network program, which has grown faster than we could have imagined and has proven very successful in helping us to support our regional neighbours.

This year, Sonia Minniecon has joined the team to lead the program into the next stage of its development and to ensure we stay on track with our vision for the initiative.

A bit about Sonia

Sonia has successfully developed and grown the Return to work assist program from inception, and has helped improve the Queensland workers' compensation scheme's return to work rate from 94% to 95.4%.

Such success does not happen by accident, and Sonia's passion and commitment to this program is undoubtedly a driver of this. Sonia will be putting this same passion into this new role and we look forward to the development of the program.

The programs reach

To date we have appointed representatives in Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Mount Isa, Bundaberg, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba with the metropolitan areas to be finalised shortly.

You can read about each of our representatives online and if you'd like to keep up to date on the latest events you can either follow us on Twitter or 'like' us on Facebook.

To speak to Sonia directly about the program, contact her on (07) 3020 6417 or by email sonia.minniecon@qcomp.com.au .
