Lodge a compensation claim
To lodge a workers' compensation claim you will need to contact your employer's insurer, which in most cases will be WorkCover Queensland.
Contact WorkCover Queensland on 1300 362 128 or lodge your claim with them online.
If your employer is self-insured, contact your employer's workers' compensation unit.
