Changes in legislation will see more injured workers assisted back into the workforce
Recent changes to the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 see referrals to Q-COMP’s Return to work assist (RTWA) program become mandatory for all insurers that close a claim when the injured worker is unemployed.
