Welcome

Welcome to our tenth issue of Q-COMP Health Report, an e-newsletter providing you with all the latest industry news and essential updates for allied health providers in the Queensland workers' compensation scheme.

Over a thousand of our stakeholders attended the 2009 Work Safe and Return to work expo.

Thank you to those who came along-I really enjoyed the opportunity to catch up with you.

If you weren't able to make it on the day, make sure you check out the virtual expo and enjoy the expo experience right from your desktop!

The day was a success and was followed by an outstanding awards ceremony highlighting great ideas, innovation, leadership and commitment getting Queensland's injured workers back to a safe workplace.

In this issue, you'll find details on the latest table of costs fee review, changes for Queensland nurse practitioners and an interesting read about an effective decision making tool used to identify risk factors.

Have a safe and enjoyable Christmas and I look forward to seeing you in the New Year.
