Certificates
The workers' compensation certificate is used in the
determination and management of the claim by insurers. The
certificate also acts as a communication tool between insurers,
employers, rehabilitation and return to work coordinators, allied
health providers, medical practitioners and nurse practitioners due
to the information supplied in it.
The Workers' Compensation certificate is available for use by
doctors, dentists and nurse practitioners in a variety of
formats.
