Q-COMP have developed a new streamlined approach for both initial submission and renewal of workplace rehabilitation policy and procedures. Employers simply complete this form and select whether they are applying for initial workplace rehabilitation accreditation or if they are renewing their existing accreditation. This new initiative means that employers do not need to provide Q-COMP with any additional documentation, however they need to have their workplace rehabilitation policy and procedures readily available if selected for random audit.
This guide provides you with information on what's involved with each of the approved activities, including what needs to be kept as evidence of completing them.

The workers' compensation data set was assessed to evaluate if there were differences in the outcomes for frozen shoulder sufferers for those who had been treated surgically versus conservatively.
