Our service offerings are diverse and those to our external customers include:

• monitoring insurer performance and compliance with the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003 (the Act)

• deciding self-insurance applications
• monitoring employer rehabilitation compliance (make link) and providing advice
• resolving disputes
  • reviewing insurer decisions on claims decisions and policy/premium decisions
  • managing appeals of Q-COMP review decisions by workers and employers
  • supporting the medical assessment tribunals (MAT)

• educating and informing

• maintaining and analysing statistics and reporting on the scheme.
