How do I access information?

If you are looking for information about Q-COMP, we encourage you to look for it in our publication scheme or information disclosure log.

If you can't find it there or elsewhere on our website, call Legal Services on 1300 361 235 or email legalservices@qcomp.com.au and we'll see if we can release it to you informally.

Otherwise, you can make a formal request using the Right to Information and Information Privacy Access Application by:

• completing it online (this is a whole-of-government service hosted on the smartservice website which will send your application to us via email)
• downloading the form, filling it in and sending it directly to us.

Amending your personal information

Under the Information Privacy (IP) Act 2009, you have a general right to amend your own personal information. Call Legal Services on 1300 361 235 or email legalservices@qcomp.com.au for any administrative options available to you.

You can choose to make a formal application by completing and submitting an Information Privacy Personal Information Amendment Application directly to Q-COMP.
